I've never been interested in the stiff and stale posing approach that we're all too familiar with. My philosophy is about documenting the real, raw, and authentic love — like when you first see your partner waiting for you at the end of the aisle; when your dad gets choked up giving his reception speech; when your new spouse grabs your hand under the table when no-one's looking. My photos are meant to freeze time for just a moment, allowing you to truly remember what it felt like to be there.
I'm not here to create pixel perfect images, I'm here to capture the authentic moments where you feel most loved. Let's tell your story, together!
FAQs
How long will it take to get my photos?
I know it can be tough to wait for your photos, but trust me the wait is always worth it! It will take between 8-10 weeks to receive your photos.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule that is no problem at all. We can work together to pick a new date that works for both of us!
What if we don’t want an engagement session with our wedding package?
If you don’t want an engagement session that is completely ok. This session is entirely up to you and your partner. There will be no change to the package cost if you decide to not have an engagement session.
Do you provide us with raw images?
I do not provide raw images. Raw images are not a representation of my work and they tend to be extremely large files, so you will only receive final edited images.
What happens if you get sick or injured and can’t capture our day?
I like to think nothing will happen to me, but in case there is the chance that I can’t be there due to sickness or injury I have a list of local photographers I can reach out to who will be able to give me a hand by capturing your event!
Why do you require a deposit?
Deposits are necessary to hold your date! I know it can be a bit daunting having to pay a deposit upfront, but essentially it is a security blanket for both of us. It secures the date you want to have your event on and ensures my time to be there.
How will we receive our photos?
I deliver all of my galleries through an online website called Pixieset. This website provides you access, download capabilities, and printing capabilities to all of your final edited images.
Will you travel?
ABSOLUTELY! However, a travel fee may apply depending on the location of your event. This can be discussed further at booking.
